چکیده
We consider both gauged and ungauged minimal supergravities in five dimensions analyse the charged rotating solutions with two equal angular momenta J. When electric charge Q ∼ J2/3 some specific coefficient, we find new extremal black objects emerge that are asymptotic to either Minkowski or global AdS spacetimes can be best described as degenerate rings. Their near-horizon geometry is locally AdS3 × S2, where periodic U(1) fibre coordinate S3 untwists collapses part of horizon. It turns out there branches holes, starting RN holes same mass, but opposite charges. With increasing momentum, they will join become ring, Gibbs free energies however not continuous at joining. For Q(J) relation, addition a soliton whose mass smaller than ring.

Black Holes and Rings of minimal 5 - dim . Supergravity ∗
The aim of this talk is to address recent progress of 5-dimensional supergravity. We start with an issue related to the uniqueness theorem of black holes, which states that the most general 4-dim. black hole has to be of the Kerr-Newmann type, ie. is uniquely fixed by its conserved charges (mass, angular momentum, electric/magnetic charges) and the horizon topology is a 2-sphere [1, 2]. It impl...
متن کاملBlack Holes of D=5 Supergravity
We discuss some general features of black holes of five-dimensional supergravity, such as the first law of black hole mechanics. We also discuss some special features of rotating supersymmetric black holes. In particular, we show that the horizon is a non-singular, and non-rotating, null hypersurface whose intersection with a Cauchy surface is a squashed 3-sphere. We find the Killing spinors of...
متن کاملFirst-order attractor flow equations for supersymmetric black rings in N=2, D=5 supergravity
In this paper we investigate the attractor mechanism in the five dimensional low energy supergravity theory corresponding to M-theory compactified on a Calabi-Yau threefold CY3. Using very special geometry, we derive the general first-order attractor flow equations for BPS and non-BPS solutions in five-dimensional Gibbons-Hawking spaces. Especially, considering the supersymmetric solution, we o...
متن کاملNotes on non - extremal , charged , rotating black holes in minimal D = 5 gauged supergravity
We consider the non-extremal, charged, rotating black hole solution of five dimensional minimal gauged supergravity of Cvetic, Lu and Pope [Phys. Lett. B 598 (2004) 273]. We compute the Ashtekar-Magnon-Das mass and show it agrees with the thermodynamic mass. We find a reducible Killing tensor and integrate the geodesic equation explicitly. We also compute the Euclidean action of the black hole ...
متن کاملSpecial symmetries of the charged Kerr - AdS black hole of D = 5 minimal gauged supergravity
In this note we prove that the Hamilton-Jacobi equation in the background of the recently discovered charged Kerr-AdS black hole of D = 5 minimal gauged supergravity is separable, for arbitrary values of the two rotation parameters. This allows us to write down an irreducible Killing tensor for the spacetime. As a result we also show that the Klein-Gordon equation in this background is separabl...
